3.1 7-Day Unopened Inspection Window

If an un-deployed crystal decanter, borosilicate tumbler set, or premium glass accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as structural air bubbles or surface asymmetry), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unwashed, free of beverage or chemical cleaner residue traces, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory internal dividers and engineering tamper seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Biological Hygiene & Beverage-Contact Safety Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine chemical purity across our close-contact beverage hardware network, any glass vessel, stemware piece, or mixology accessory that has been unpacked from its protective factory sleeves, introduced to a bar line, or exposed to beverages cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom laser-etched branding configurations or high-volume custom hospitality fleet volumes are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your glassware cargo or distribution package is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, optical clarity audit, and microscopic fracture scan to confirm its original integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Hostglass.
